Welcome to Hire Tuitors. By registering on our platform or using any of our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all Users, including Tutors, Parents, Students, and Visitors.

General Terms

1. Registration 

* All users must provide true, accurate, and updated information during registration.

* Hire Tuitors reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate any account found using false, incomplete, or misleading information.

2. User Conduct 

* All users are expected to maintain respectful communication and professional behaviour. Any misuse, abuse, fraud, harassment, or unlawful activity may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice.

3. Service Availability 

* Tutor availability depends on location, subject, timing, and other operational factors. Hire Tuitors does not guarantee immediate tutor placement or immediate student allocation.

4. Right to Modify

* Hire Tuitors reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, Membership Plans, or Services at any time. Updated terms will become effective immediately after publication on the website.

Terms & Conditions for Tutors 

1. Membership Requirement

Every Tutor must complete registration and purchase a valid Membership Plan before becoming eligible to receive student leads.
Student leads are provided only to tutors with an active membership.

2. Document Verification 

Membership activation is subject to successful verification of required documents, including but not limited to:

* Government-issued Photo ID

* Address Proof

* Educational Qualification Documents

* Experience Certificate

* Recent Photograph

Hire Tuitors reserves the right to request additional documents whenever necessary.

3. Membership Validity 

* Membership remains valid only for the validity period mentioned in the selected plan.

* After expiry, membership benefits automatically cease unless renewed.

4. Lead Allocation

* Student leads are shared according to the tutor’s selected subjects, preferred locations, availability, and membership plan.

* Lead allocation depends upon actual student enquiries received by the platform.

* Hire Tuitors cannot guarantee a fixed number of enquiries every month unless specifically mentioned in the purchased membership plan.

5. Refund Policy for Membership 

* All Membership Fees are Non-Refundable.

* If a tutor does not receive admission confirmation or fails to convert leads into tuition during the membership validity period, the membership fee shall not be refunded

* Subject to availability and internal policies, Hire Tuitors may provide alternate or replacement leads wherever reasonably possible. Lead replacement is entirely at the company’s discretion and depends on the nature of the original lead.

* Non-utilization of membership benefits does not entitle the tutor to any refund.

6. Tutor Responsibilities

Tutors agree to:

* Provide accurate academic information.

* Maintain professional behaviour.

* Attend demo classes on time.

* Maintain respectful communication with parents and students.

* Avoid misleading information or false promises.

* Follow all applicable laws and educational standards.

7. Misconduct

Any tutor involved in fraud, fake documents, abusive behaviour, fee manipulation, misconduct, or activities damaging the reputation of Hire Tuitors may have their membership suspended or permanently terminated without refund.

Terms & Conditions for Parents & Students

1. Tutor Request

Parents should provide accurate information regarding:

* Class
* Subjects
* Preferred timing
* Location
* Budget
* Special requirements

Note: Providing incorrect
information may delay tutor matching.

2. Tutor Selection 

Hire Tuitors recommends tutors based on available information; however, the final decision to appoint any tutor rests solely with the Parent/Student.

3. Independent Verification

Parents are encouraged to verify the tutor’s identity, qualifications, and teaching suitability before confirming regular classes.

4. Fees

Unless specifically agreed otherwise through Hire Tuitors, tuition fees are mutually decided between the Parent and the Tutor.

5. Behaviour

Parents and students must maintain respectful communication with tutors and company representatives. Any abusive behaviour may result in discontinuation of services.

6. No Academic Guarantee

Hire Tuitors does not guarantee examination results, grades, admissions, or academic performance, as success depends upon the student’s effort, attendance, and learning environment.

7. Payments

* All payments must be made through approved payment methods.

* Membership becomes active only after successful payment verification.

* Any failed, reversed, disputed, or fraudulent transaction may result in temporary suspension of services.

Cancellation

Hire Tuitors reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

Hire Tuitors acts solely as a facilitator between Tutors and Parents/Students. The company shall not be responsible for personal disputes, academic outcomes, financial disagreements, misconduct, property damage, or any direct or indirect loss arising after the introduction of either party.

Privacy

User information is collected only for providing educational services and improving our platform. Personal information is handled responsibly and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where Hire Tuitors operates.
